Now in Cadopan, You can shop with your own local currency.  Although the shop is run in USD but we accept all currencies worldwide.

We accept secure payments for PayPal.

International taxes might be applied depending on your country’s taxes policy. Cadopan is not responsible for any duties and taxes that may be incurred.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

●Cadopan is not liable if the incorrect address is entered during the checkout process.

●To make sure that your product(s) get delivered, please ensure your billing and shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.

●If Cadopan made an error, we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

●If the address was incorrectly entered and the shipped package is lost, then the customer is responsible for searching for the package themselves with the courier company.

●If the package is deemed lost by the courier, Cadopan is not responsible for the replacement.

●The customer must then order again and ensure the address is correctly entered.

●If the courier company attempts to deliver the package and is unsuccessful, either because you (customer) are not home, or because you do not have a proper mailbox for the package to be dropped-off, it will now be up to you to contact the courier before they ship the package back to Cadopan (usually after 2 weeks of failed attempts).

●The courier will attempt to contact you by phone, email, or leave a message on your door. If the delivery attempts fail and the package is returned back to back to Cadopan, you will be responsible for the shipping charges if you want this to be re-delivered to you.

Shipping Destinations:

● We at Cadopan ship both locally and internationally to over 200 countries globally.

Shipping Times:

● International orders take 7-21 business days to be be delivered to you and we ship within 2-5 business days.

● Please note, shipping time might vary depending on location, shipping method, market conditions, and other factors.

● Max delivery time from the date order is placed: 60 business days. If the package is delayed, a full refund cannot be applied until the 60th business day.

● This does not include our 2-5 business days processing time.

● All shipping times excludes clearance/customs delays.

● Packages with electronic devides that include one or multiple lithium batteries may take longer die to airline restrictions and policies that vary.

● Oversized packages may be delayed due to packaging requirements during delivery transit times and may vary through each checkpoint upon delivery.

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.

If you choose faster delivery, you will have to pay the corresponding fee.

** Due to blocked and war situations in various countries and regions, their maybe unforeseen delays in shipping times. It is our wish at Cadopan that these issues do not affect you greatly in receiveing your product.

● Please allow 2-5 business days to start shipping your order.

● Tracking number will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped.

● This happens once the courier sends us the tracking information.

Business days do not include weekends, Even though we at Cadopan operate 24 hours, courier services and border customs have different hours of operation and range differently in every country.

Please track your order via our website at Track Your Order for updates on your package(s). It is updated in real-time.

General inquiries about when your package will be received also depend on customs and when they release your package.

Every country is different when packages reach customs, so please be patient. We don’t have control over how long customs keep your parcels or the checkpoints between them.

Once your packages have arrived in your country, you will be notified of the identity of the last-mile courier.

**Please be advised that during sale periods or when there is high market demand, we become extremely busy processing numerous orders on a daily basis. As a result, you may encounter a delay in our response, processing, or shipping. However, rest assured that at Cadopan, we are working round-the-clock to process your order as quickly as possible.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store.

Once you want to proceed with the order – do so by going to the cart/bag and clicking “checkout”.

Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods – we will start to ship your package within 2-5 business days.

Orders can be cancelled within 1-3 days of placing them. After 1-2 days, you may be charged an administration fee.

***The order cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped. If you cancel your order mid-shipment, you will not receive a refund.

If you have mistakenly typed or auto-filled an incorrect address, please kindly inform us via email at support@cadopan.com within 1-2 days.

***If your package has been shipped before a change of address, we will not be able change the address upon shipment and no refund will be given.

If you have ordered multiple items or bulk of the same items, some packages maybe separated during the shipping process.

● If a product gets damaged or is faulty upon delivery – we offer 100% store credit/or a full refund. We require proof of damage or if the product was faulty upon delivery of the item(s).

● Discontinued items are final sales and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged with store credits.

● Please note the customer shall bear the shipping costs of the product to the manufacturer unless the product is damaged or does not meet the description.

● We do not accept refunds if the customer does not like the product or changes their mind.

● If your package was deemed delivered with proof of delivery by the courier, attempts were made to deliver it, and it is returned to the shipper, you do not qualify for a refund.

● If you fail to pick up your package at your local courier’s office and/or designated pick-up station, and/or if your delivery has a failed attempt and it is returned and/or you do not pick it up, you do not qualify for a refund.

● If this happens to you, and you will still like the product you ordered, you will need to re-order your item of choice and bear the costs of the item. Shipping is still free.

If in such an event your item has been damaged or defective, we are more than willing to help you.We can do the following:.

● Replace the item – shipping costs are included.

● Replace the part – including missing parts upon purchase.

● Refund to the original method of payment.
